OSAVI Vitamin D3 delivers 2000 IU (50 µg) of cholecalciferol per softgel capsule — the same form of vitamin D that the body produces naturally through sun exposure. Each capsule is suspended in MCT oil, a fat-based carrier for this fat-soluble vitamin.
