DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule, after a meal. Swallow the capsule with water.

Other ingredients: Choline bitartrate, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, inulin, milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum), shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-selenomethionine, sodium molybdate (molybdenum (VI)).
