Description

Ostrovit Creatine Monohydrate delivers 3400 mg of pure creatine monohydrate per 4 g serving in a refreshing watermelon flavour. Creatine is one of the most extensively researched sports nutrition ingredients available, making it a popular choice for those looking to support their training performance.

Each serving is sweetened with sucralose and lightly acidulated with citric acid, resulting in a clean-tasting, easy-to-mix powder that dissolves quickly in water or juice. With 125 servings per 500 g tub, this product offers excellent value for consistent, long-term use.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. This benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
