What to include

• Question about an order: order number and what it concerns.
• Something is wrong with the item: order number and a photo if the fault is visible. Do not send anything back before you hear from us.
• You want to withdraw from the purchase: order number and which items it concerns. We reply with the return address.
• Question about personal data: tell us what you want to know or have erased.

Questions we cannot answer

We can tell you what the label says, what the product contains and how the manufacturer recommends using it. We cannot give medical advice, cannot recommend a supplement for a complaint and cannot comment on how a product works together with a medicine. Ask a doctor or a pharmacist about that — they know, and we do not.

Orders and delivery

Your order is passed on the same day it reaches us. Delivery takes 5–7 working days, and you get an email with a tracking number when the parcel is on its way.

The postal address below is the company's registered office — not a return address. We cannot sign for parcels sent there.
