Redcon1 Grunt EAA in Cherry Lime is a complete formula of essential amino acids delivering approximately 6 900mg of all nine essential amino acids per serving. Essential amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and must be supplied through diet or supplements, making a reliable, well-dosed EAA product a practical addition to a training nutrition plan.
Each scoop contains 6 000mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) — L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine — in the classic 2:1:1 ratio, complemented by the remaining six essential amino acids, including L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tryptophan, L-Histidine and L-Methionine. The formula is calorie-free and mixes easily with water, making it suitable for use during or after training.
Available in the refreshing Cherry Lime flavour, Grunt EAA comes in a 285g tub providing 30 servings. It is lactose-free and contains no ingredients from soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts or wheat according to the label.

Usage & Dosage
