Trained by JP's Creatine in the flavour Blue Slushy provides 4.2g of pure Creatine Monohydrate per serving in an easy-to-mix powder format. With 50 servings per tub, it is designed for those who want a simple and convenient way to include one of the most well-researched ingredients in sports nutrition in their daily routine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine, an amount provided by a single serving of 5g of this product, intended for adults performing high-intensity exercise.

The Blue Slushy flavour is lightly sweetened with sucralose and coloured with E133 (Brilliant Blue FCF), making it a refreshing alternative to unflavoured creatine powders. Each serving mixes easily with water, making it suitable for any time of day.

Mix one scoop (5g) with 200–250ml water. Can be taken at any time of day.
