Description

This multivitamin and mineral formula is supplied in capsule form, with 90 vegan capsules per pack. The daily serving is 3 capsules, and the capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.

The ingredient list includes vitamin and mineral forms such as cholecalciferol, D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, zinc picolinate, L-selenomethionine, methylcobalamin and the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (Quatrefolic®), together with plant extracts including shatavari root, dong quai root, cranberry fruit, japanese knotweed root and black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®), plus choline bitartrate, myo-inositol, lutein and ubiquinone.
