Reflex Nutrition Instant Mass Heavyweight is a premium, high-calorie mass gainer powder, developed for those who want to support serious goals in muscle and weight gain. Each 300g serving provides 1,089 kcal and 60g protein from a blend of several sources — including Hydrolysed Whey, Whey Protein Concentrate, Micellar Casein and Native Whey.
Beyond its macronutrient profile, Instant Mass Heavyweight contains 3,000mg Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate per serving. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Usage & Dosage
5.4kg size: Mix 300g (approximately two level scoops of 250ml; scoop included in the bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. Consume between meals, 20–30 minutes after training, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day. When starting out, begin with half the amount and gradually increase to a full serving.
