Calcium (as Calcium Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate) 135 mg, Calcium HMB (as Calcium Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate) 1000 mg. Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose.
Mandatory information
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) three times per day. For best results, be consistent and use daily. On training days take 2 capsules about 1 hour before working out.
