Water, L-carnitine, acidity regulators citric acid and malic acid, sour cherry emulsion (flavouring, colouring agents E-122, E-124 - may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children, E-132), preservative potassium sorbate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), preservative sodium benzoate, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), sweetener steviol-glycosides.

Maximum daily dosage is 10 ml. Drink a dose in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Intended for immediate consumption or dilution with water or a sports drink.
