Arctic Cod Liver Oil is a liquid supplement supplied in an 8 fl oz (237 ml) bottle, with approximately 48 servings per bottle at a serving size of 1 teaspoon (5 mL). The ingredients are purified arctic cod liver oil, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
Each serving provides 40 calories, 4.5 g of total fat, 20 mg of cholesterol, and 1060 mg of total omega-3s, including 340 mg EPA and 510 mg DHA. It also contains naturally occurring vitamin A and vitamin D.
The label states this product contains fish (cod) and lists no gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes.
