Beta Alanine Xplode from Olimp Nutrition is a precisely formulated powder. Each daily serving provides 4800 mg of beta-alanine together with a carefully built intracellular and extracellular acid transport system.
The combination of L-histidine, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid and sodium bicarbonate provides an extensive buffering system that complements the function of beta-alanine.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop (3.2 g of powder) dissolved in 100 ml of water, 3 times daily with a meal or before training. Drink immediately after preparation.
