Puritan's Pride Evening Primrose Oil provides 1300mg of pure evening primrose oil per softgel, cold-pressed from the seeds of Oenothera biennis. Each serving contains a naturally occurring composition of essential fatty acids, including approximately 936mg of Cis-Linoleic Acid (LA) and approximately 117mg of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that occurs naturally in breast milk and in a number of vegetable seed oils.

Evening primrose oil is one of the most well-documented botanical oils, valued for its rich GLA content. GLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that the body uses in various physiological processes. This product offers an easy way to include evening primrose oil in your daily health routine, with 120 softgels per container.

Formulated without gluten, soy, wheat, yeast, lactose or sugar, and free from preservatives, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners, this product is made with simple, high-quality ingredients that suit a wide variety of lifestyles.

Adults take one (1) softgel, five times daily, preferably with a meal.
