Creatine 1250 Mega Caps is supplied in capsule form, with 400 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 1250 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 1100 mg is creatine. A serving of 3 capsules provides 3750 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 3300 mg is creatine.

The ingredients are 89.3% micronized creatine monohydrate, together with microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. The capsule shell contains gelatine and the colour E 171. The label does not explicitly declare any allergens.
