Formulated in an approximate ratio of 2:1:1 of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, this product contains three essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesise on its own and which must be obtained through diet or supplementation.
L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are among the nine essential amino acids and are found in particularly high amounts in skeletal muscle. They are popular among people with an active lifestyle.
