Amino acids [L-leucine, L-lysine HCl, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-glutamine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-histidine HCl, L-tyrosine, L-methionine, L-alanine, L-tryptophan, cystine (as source of L-cysteine)], thickener – acacia gum, acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrate; flavourings, acidity regulator – malic acid, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); colour – paprika extract (Orange flavour).

On training days: take 1 portion twice a day – before a meal or training and after training. On non-training days: take 1 portion once a day as supplementation. Add 1 portion (12 g of powder = 1½ scoop) to 150 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
