Ostrovit A-AKG is a lemon-flavoured powder food supplement that provides 4,400 mg of L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG) per serving — equivalent to 2,900 mg of L-Arginine.

Each 5 g serving dissolves easily in water or juice and gives a fresh lemon flavour, with no need for tablets or capsules. The formula is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, keeping the calorie content minimal while maintaining a pleasant flavour profile.

With 40 servings per 200 g jar, Ostrovit A-AKG is designed to fit smoothly into an active lifestyle as part of a balanced and varied diet.

Dissolve one serving of the product — 5 g (1 measuring scoop) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training.
