Gluten-free oat flakes, milk protein isolate, cane sugar, rice flour, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5 %, inulin, fructose, acacia gum, flavouring, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D). May contain traces of soy.

50 g = 1 serving. A 50 g dose is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning or afternoon, at least 90 minutes before or after a meal. May also be used after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day. Put the content of the sachet into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. Cold water may also be used for preparation. After opening, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
