Low dose Vitamin K2

COMPOSITION:

emulsifier: medium chain triglycerides, capsule: gelatin, humectant: glycerin, menaquinone (vitamin K2), purified water, colour: carob bean gum.

Ingredients	In a daily serving (1 capsule)
Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7)	45 mcg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult your doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, ill or taking any medication.

Exercise caution if you wish to use this product if you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication or have a blood clotting disorder.
