YANGO Folic Acid – Vitamin B9 delivers 600 µg of high-quality folic acid per capsule, providing 300% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Vitamin B9 contributes to normal psychological function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal homocysteine metabolism — all backed by EFSA-authorised health claims.

Folic acid also plays a key role in normal amino acid synthesis, normal blood formation, and in the normal function of the immune system. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
