Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Calcium (elemental from calcium gluconate), Magnesium (elemental from magnesium carbonate — creates ionic magnesium citrate when combined with citric acid and water), Potassium (elemental from potassium citrate), Boron (elemental from boron citrate). Other Ingredients: Calcium gluconate, a proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate — which, in combination with water, creates ionic magnesium citrate — ascorbic acid, organic raspberry and lemon flavors, potassium citrate, organic stevia, vitamin D3, and boron citrate.

Individual needs may vary. Start out with approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) daily. For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. For fastest preparation: place powder in a glass or mug; add approximately 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add to a glass or bottle of cold water.
