Each 8.5g serving provides a complete electrolyte profile with more than 2 400mg total electrolytes — including sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and selenium — from high-quality mineral forms such as Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate and Pink Himalayan Rock Salt.

The formula also contains Creatine Monohydrate and Taurine, together with the proprietary blend MitoReds® — a combination of over 30 super reds including MitoPrime® (L-Ergothioneine).
