A daily serving of 2 capsules provides 315 mg of purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) root extract DER 4:1, 262 mg of ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome extract DER 10:1 standardised to 5% gingerols, 210 mg of garlic (Allium sativum) extract DER 10:1 standardised to 2% alliin, and 210 mg of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruit extract DER 4:1.

Other ingredients include inulin and L-leucine, with the capsule shell made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The label states the product contains no lactose, no gluten, and no animal-derived ingredients.
